Your support means teens can create lasting relationships with mentors and host and adoptive families. 6:30 to 8:00 PM. If you can't attend but would like to support Establishing Roots, you can donate here. WebFunds raised through Establishing Roots allow DCFYI to organize events like hikes, birthday parties, bowling, and budgeting workshops – activities other teens (those not in foster care) take for granted.
