WebbNozzle thickness is nozzle thickness. What you however can do to fix issues with thin drawings/letters is make the letter/lines negative in the print. It is hard to print thin lines but it is very easy to not print the lines but only the area around them. So make the letters an indention in the pront, not something on top and this problem is gone. WebbSo with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle, you can print outer walls of 0.4-0.48 mm. However, these values are for normal prints. In vase mode, you can print even thicker walls, because you don’t care about the effects on the left and right side of the extruded filament, because there is nothing there.

WebbMaybe the slicer thinks it can't be printed due to extrusion width. This might be caused by slight variances in the stl export from your CAD/3D software or the font. Things to try: Lower your extrusion width to see at what point it wants to print, printing down to as low as 0.39 should be possible without issue.
